At the Renew MediSpa Training Institute, our courses are focused intensively on the Hnads-On component, often with providers completing an onliine didactic at home, at their own pace, prior to their training day(s). This ensures that the maximum amount of time will be focused on treating models. In our experience, this allows trainees to gain confidence in their techniques much faster!

"I have been in this space since 2005, full time since 2012, and training aesthetic providers since 2013. There is no denying that the demand for non-invasive aesthetic procedures continues to be on the rise, and in response to that demand more and more medical providers are adding medical spa procedures to their practices in one way or another.
The challenge really is how to get your skills within this field to be the best they can be as quickly as possible. Anyone can take a "Weekend Course" on "Botox and Fillers" or an industry sponsored training on a particular manufacturer's product such as PDO threads. It should be no surprise that such a brief introductory training experience does NOT get you feeling confident and does not produce skills that would be considered expert level. I can't tell you the number of times I have had a trainee at Renew who told me they took "3 different courses" on the technique we would be covering that day, but then stood in front of the model at training time and honestly didn't seem to know where to begin or how to hold the needle/cannula.
This field is complex and there is no "one source" for knowledge. The most important advice I can give you is to get into private or small group training that maximizes the hands-on experience as soon as you possibly can. The "big box" 20 to 100 people in the hotel room trainings are never going to 'do it' for you. The big aesthetic conferences are nice for background knowledge and perhaps some networking, but they will not make a great injector out of you. These are all just "background knowledge builders".

The best way to gain confidence in neuromodulator injection is to practice on numerous models! This full day training includes an online didactic portion which you will complete in advance. Then, you will spend this entire day assessing faces, making decisions and delivering botox for both on-label and off-label indications.

Proctored Case
Bring your model and supplies and Dr. Vuich will guide you through case assessment, treatment planning, and patient preparation. She will then monitor your delivery of the planned procedures, offering as much assistance as needed to further enhance your skills. Supplies may also be purchased onsite as needed. / $500 per hour

Yes, we are able to arrange model patients for most of our trainings. For Proctored case training, you will provide your own model.
