see clients outside of the above referenced times.
To Our Valued Guests:
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Renew Medispa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially
for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour's notice for
adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and are provided in the best
quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
Cancellation Policy For Our Valued Guests
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that
appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests
supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is
encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will
be applied to your card.*
- Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive NO charges.
- Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a $150 charge or 100% of the service cost if less than $150.
- If your procedure is booked for 3+hours a fee equal to $50 per hour of scheduled time will be assessed. These fees will be deducted from the deposit that was required upon booking the service.
- Consultations ** are free as a courtesy to our guests. A missed consultation will result in a fee of $75.
It is very important to arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive 10 minutes late to your appointment, it is likely you will need to
reschedule. We will make every effort to accommodate your appointment if time permits and at the discretion of the service provider. If we are
not able to accommodate your appointment in the schedule on the same day, the cancellation/no show fee outlined above will be assessed.
As a courtesy, we will send out SMS messages to confirm your service appointments three days prior to your appointment date. We do
understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore all our appointments are confirmed by phone 48 hours prior to the
appointment as well. Please ensure that we have your current mobile number on file so that we can reach you. It remains your responsibility to
remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and help us service our guests better by providing
enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
*If your credit card on file declines, the charge will be placed on your account. Failure to pay your balance will affect your ability to book future
appointments. Delinquent accounts may be sent to a collection agency.
**Accutane consults are $150. Missing this type of appointment will also result in a $75 fee.

Appointment cancellation is to be communicated by phone or via the Contact Us page on our website, which will send an email to us
Facebook, Instant Messenger or other social media channels are not to be relied upon for communicating appointment cancellations.
No Show Policy
A client who does not show up for a scheduled appointment will be expected to pay for the appointment in full, in advance, in order
to reschedule it to another date.
A client who does not show up for a scheduled “free consultation” is no longer entitled to a free consultation. A consultation fee of
$50 may apply in order to reschedule the consult, and will be payable in advance.
Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person. We try our best to set realistic expectations and to employ the best quality
procedures available, but we cannot guarantee a “specific” result.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for products or services purchased, or for unused services or gift cards.
At the discretion of management, an unused service may have a dollar value that can be applied to an alternate service or product.
Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
We will not tolerate disrespectful language, inappropriate language or behavior, or threats. We reserve the right to deny services to
any individual, at our discretion.
We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or
expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash. (No American Express). In the event of a chargeback or non payment, you are responsible for providing other
forms of payment along with payment of any bank fee. We recommend Advance Care Card for 12 month Interest Free Financing.
We do not bill insurance, but can provide you with documentation of treatment rendered and payment received should you wish to submit
that to your insurer. We will accept payment from Flex Spending accounts or Health Savings accounts if the card will process. You are
responsible for knowing any requirements or regulations with respect to use of those funds.
