By age 50, the average woman has lost 35% of her collagen

SkinPen® Microneedling + BENEV Exosome Therapy is the minimal-downtime way to restore it. A physician-led collagen-restoration treatment at Renew MediSpa in Southern New Hampshire — Now at launch pricing through June 30, 2026.

Why can't store bought skincare retsore lost collagen?

Most over-the-counter skincare functions as a glorified moisturizer. Its active ingredients are too large to penetrate the skin barrier and reach the fibroblasts — the cells deep in the dermis that produce collagen and repair skin.
You may see surface benefit, but collagen loss continues unchecked, and fine lines and wrinkles keep forming. The difference with this treatment is delivery:

Diagram comparing a topical serum blocked at the skin barrier with SkinPen microneedling delivering BENEV exosomes into the dermis to stimulate collagen.

How does the treatment work?

It works in two steps during a single in-office visit:

1. Microneedling opens the pathway.
SkinPen® creates precise microchannels through the skin barrier, temporarily opening a direct route to the dermis where the fibroblasts live — and leaving it open for roughly 60 minutes.

2. Exosomes deliver the signal.
The BENEV exosome complex is applied into those freshly opened channels.
The exosome particles carry messaging molecules that tell fibroblasts to produce collagen.
Additionally delivered are:
16 growth factors and peptides
19 amino acids
4 coenzymes
antioxidant vitamin C
skin-essential minerals
and powerhouse peptides including copper tripeptide-1 and Matrixyl (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4)
— each one a message your skin cells understand!

Exosomes

What should I expect? Downtime, timing, and skin types

Minimal downtime
Most people have transient redness — like a mild sunburn — that typically settles within about 24 hours.
The BENEV exosome application helps calm the skin and shorten recovery.

Any time of year
Unlike many laser and resurfacing treatments, microneedling doesn't increase sun sensitivity, so it's appropriate year-round, including summer. (We always recommend daily sunscreen.)

Every skin type and tone
Because the treatment works mechanically rather than with light or heat, it's safe across all skin tones and types.

When results appear
Skin often looks refreshed within a week or two; the deeper collagen-building effect develops gradually over the following weeks as your fibroblasts produce new collagen.

Am I the right age for this treatment?
Collagen loss begins in your late 20s at roughly 1% per year — so this is both a restoration treatment and a prevention treatment.
In your 30s: start slowing the decline before it becomes visible.
In your 40s and 50s: restore what's already been lost, especially through the steep post-menopause drop.
Any age: ideal as ongoing maintenance

Launch offer pricing for SkinPen plus BENEV exosomes at Renew MediSpa: buy 3 sessions and get the 4th free, plus a $100 rebate and 2 BENEV Regenerative Complex applications — Full Face $1,167, Full Face + Neck $1,467, Full Face + Neck + Cleavage $1,767, with up to $1,067 in added value, through June 30, 2026.

A topical numbing cream is applied first, so most people find it very tolerable — a light prickling sensation at most.
Typically minimal. Expect some redness similar to a mild sunburn that usually settles within a day. The exosome application helps calm the skin and speed recovery.
Yes. Microneedling doesn’t increase sun sensitivity the way some laser treatments can, so it’s safe year-round. It is also safe for tan skin. We’ll always recommend daily sunscreen.
Yes. Because the treatment works mechanically rather than with light or heat, it’s safe for all skin types and tones.
Collagen remodeling builds over a series, which is why the treatment is offered as a package. Many clients continue with periodic maintenance afterward.

Not at all. Collagen loss begins in your late 20s. Starting earlier helps slow that decline before it becomes visible, making this an excellent prevention and maintenance treatment.
No. This is a medical-grade exosome product applied into freshly microneedled skin, so it can reach the dermis where collagen is made — something a topical serum on intact skin simply can’t do.
