Non-Surgical
Skin Tightening with
Morpheus8
A non-surgical treatment that tightens loose skin and subcutaneous tissue, smooths crepey texture, stimulates collagen production, and reduces small areas of unwanted fat, with minimal downtime.
Recognized for Excellence in Morpheus8 Body Treatments
Renew MediSpa is proud to be a Designated Top Provider of Morpheus8 Body, an honor awarded to approximately 300 practices across the United States and held by only two providers in New Hampshire.
While many practices offer Morpheus8, not all providers have the same level of experience. The effectiveness of radiofrequency microneedling depends not only on the technology itself but also on the expertise of the provider performing the treatment. Selecting the appropriate treatment depth, energy levels, and technique for each area of the body requires training, experience, and an understanding of how different tissues respond.
At Renew MediSpa our providers have undergone the most advanced level Master Classes in treatment delivery and procedure safety. Every treatment is tailored to your unique anatomy and goals—not simply performed using a standard protocol. Our philosophy is simple: technology matters, but the hands behind the technology matter even more.
Smooth and Contour
What Makes Morpheus8 Body Different?
Many skin tightening treatments rely on heat applied only to the surface of the skin. While these treatments can produce some improvements, their results cannot match the multi-depth treatment results achieved with this more advanced technology.
Morpheus8 Body combines two clinically proven technologies—microneedling and radiofrequency energy—to treat multiple concerns during the same session.
As tiny gold-coated microneedles penetrate the skin, radiofrequency energy is delivered at precisely controlled depths- up to 8 mm in depth. This stimulates your body’s natural healing response, producing collagen and elastin, while also remodeling tissue beneath the skin surface.
The result is a treatment that can simultaneously:
- Tighten loose skin
- Improve skin texture
- Reduce crepey skin
- Remodel small to medium pockets of unwanted fat
- Improve overall skin quality
- Remodel scars
- Reduce the appearance of cellulite

Questions?
We've Got You Covered!
Not at all! There is no age at which fibroblast skin cells stop responding to injury, though they may take longer to do so. Older skin will have more collagen loss, which will also potentially impact the number of treatments you will need to achieve your desired result. For those who are younger, starting collagen stimulating procedures early will help protect the collagen you have and restore what you would have otherwise lost due to the ageing process.
We offer free consultations for exactly this reason! We will help you sort through and prioritize your concerns and goals, your personal preferences, your tolerance for downtime, and how soon you need to see results in order to help guide you towards the procedure(s) most likely to give you the “Wow” results you are looking for. We offer both comprehensive ‘head to toe’ consultations, or you may opt for a more limited consultation specific to a particular region or concern.
This really requires an assessment of your particular anatomy. We will examine the degree of skin laxity and textural issues and whether there is unwanted fat in the region such as under the chin or at the jawline/jowl zones. Sofwave is great at smoothing and tightening but it cannot affect the fat, whereas Morpheus 8 can address fat that is within 1 cm of the surface. Deeper than 1cm of fat and we beging to consider QuantumRF vs FaceTite/BodyTite with liposuction. We do not perform surgery, but the breadth of technology we have at Renew allows us the opportunity to get the beautiful outcomes you see in our photos! A free consultation is your best plan to understand which options would have the highest likelihood of success for you.
Morpheus8 is a procedure which delivers heat to the deeper skin structures through specialized micropins. It can be used on nearly any body area and can additionally be used to remodel (dissolve) targeted areas of unwanted fat cells. Heat can be delivered up to 8 mm in depth depending on the body region being treated. Due to the microneedling component and the amount of energy delivered, there will be some variable downtime with Morpheus8 procedures.
Sofwave is a completely non-invasive treatment which does not involve needles and also, notably, does NOT have any downtime. It delivers heat that is generated by concentrated ultrasound waves, but that heat goes to a single depth of 1.5 mm. It is a powerful smoothing and tightening device, with 7 FDA indications and great results as you can see from our before and after photos. Both Sofwave and Morpheus8 are recommended to be done more than once in order to achieve the desired results, unless you are doing them “preventatively” or as a maintenance procedure. Both of these services are safe for darker skin types. We are happy to consult with you to help you create the treatment plan best suited to your needs.
It is not feasible to list all of the costs of all of the various procedures available for body contouring at Renew. We would need to determine which procedure or procedure combinations you desire, and on which body region. We are happy to provide pricing information in person or by phone if you have a specific procedure in mind, or at the time of a consultation if you are considering multiple treatment options.
There are 3 options to consider when treating unwanted fat cells in the body region The first level of intervention would be with Morpheus8 Body. The provider will select the appropriate depths for heat delivery which will dissolve some of the unwanted fat cells in the treatment zone, while simultaneously smoothing and tightening the skin. There is little to no downtime with this procedure, and it is suitable for small to medium collections of unwanted fat. Morpheus8 can reduce fat deposits that are within 1 cm of the skin surface. The dissolved fat is metabolized away by your body over the course of several months.
The next level option would be QuantumRF. QuantumRF works deeper than Morpheus8 and can reduce fat deposits in as little as a single session (whereas Morpheus8 Body alone typically takes multiple sessions). We include a Morpheus8 treatment with your QuantumRF procedure so that you get “Full thickness intervention”.
For larger volume fat removal, liposuction is still the gold standard treatment which we would combine with BodyTite and Morpheus8 to achieve the absolute best aesthetic outcome.
We are happy to offer free consultations to assist you with selecting the best procedure for your needs and goals.
