Eyelash and eyebrow tinting are very similar to getting your hair colored. The dye process is 100% safe and our estheticians are thoroughly trained to perfect their application technique.
Additionally, eyelash tinting is commonly paired with a lash lift, which is known as a “Lift and Tint”. This combo of lift and color can really help your eyes to stand out! A lash lift is a professional treatment during which our esthetician uses a curling rod to temporarily curl your lashes, then sets the curl with a specially designed solution that is safe for use near the eyes. Results can last for 6-8 weeks.
FAQ’S about tinting and lifting services
- Tinting for lashes and brows can last 3-5 weeks, while Lifting can last 6-8 weeks.
- Our tints are all vegetable based. They don’t contain any harsh chemicals, making them safe for everyone.
- Yes, but we do recommend waiting 24 hrs for washing and applying mascara to the lashes after both services. Also remember that using eye makeup remover can shorten the life of your tinting.
- Overall the treatment is very comfortable. There can be some stinging during the tinting process, but don’t worry this is not harmful to your eyes! Any sting goes away within a few minutes of removing the solution and rinsing the eyes.
- Yes, we do recommend removing them before the treatment since there is a chance of staining them with the tint and it will be more comfortable since your eyes will be closed during the treatment.
- We have a few different shade options and we’ll find the best match for you! The first 24 hrs the brows can be a little darker. Once they are washed the color does soften a bit more. We can customize the color to your style, from natural to more dramatic.
- Brow and Lash Tinting services range from 15-30 mins, while Lash Lift and Tint takes around 1hr.
