The MediSpa industry is rapidly expanding, with many new providers entering the field for the first time.
Experience, Results and Reputation:
One of the most important questions you can ask is how long the MediSpa has been operating, and how many years of aesthetic procedure experience the provider has. For example, a nurse injector may have 20 years of nursing experience but only 1 year of experience injecting dermal filler. Ask to see before and after images of services provided by that injector. Look for the same on their website or other social media platforms. Medical Director Supervision:
We recommend you choose a MediSpa which has its Medical Director (MD or NP) on site most of the time. RNs require a patient specific order from the Medical Director prior to delivering a prescription medication such as botox. The Medical Director should have extensive experience in medical spa procedures. This information should be easily accessible on the practice website. If it isn’t, call and ask!
Price: Steer clear of MediSpas that charge much less than average. The adage ‘You get what you pay for’ is OFTEN the case there. Bargain basement prices often mean inexperienced staff, mediocre service and even poor outcomes and complications. It’s one thing to grab a Groupon deal for a spa facial, but avoid this for the more advanced procedures (dermal filler, botox, etc…)
Breadth of Services:
A MediSpa which has a limited number of service types will have fewer options to offer. The best outcomes in aesthetics frequently involve combinations of different procedures over time.

Based on your concerns, we match the consultation to the team member best able to assist you. Our ‘Head to Toe’ Consultation is ideal for those who want some overall guidance regarding the services we perform for various concerns. This consultation, as its name suggests, can cover any treatment area on the body and can help you to prioritize your goals and understand the treatment options available for each of your concerns- including downtime, pricing, timing, expectations and potential consultation discounts. Head to Toe consultations are conducted by Medical Assistants who have worked with Dr. Vuich long term and are very well versed in all of the services we provide. At the conclusion of the consultation, they present the information to Dr. Vuich and she also reviews any photos that were obtained and will add her input which will then be communicated back to you. We also offer a ‘Limited Consultation’ if you have very targeted questions or concerns. For example, a consultation specific to a procedure or program, such as dermal filler or botox, body contouring, weight loss or sexual wellness. These may be performed by a Medical Assistant, RN/Nurse Practitioner, or by Dr. Vuich. In all instances we seek to provide a comfortable and relaxed experience with no high-pressure sales tactics. |
We get many requests for consultations from people who live over an hour from our location. We do our best to accommodate these requests!
Renew MediSpa opened in 2005, originally in Salem New Hampshire. We relocated to Windham from 2007-2019 at which point we expanded into the current facility in Derry.
We have a page on our website dedicated to informing you about current promotions, manufacturer discounts, new services and educational events. It is generally updated several times a month. We also have a messaging system which will send out periodic emails and text messages for flash sales, last minute openings and specials.
This is not a frequent occurrence at Renew MediSpa. We pride ourselves in setting very clear expectations, following up on outcomes, and delivering the absolute best in service quality. No provider can guarantee an exact outcome for any procedure due to variables that are not within our control- things like rate of age related changes, differences in your metabolism of injectable products, your body’s unique responsiveness to collagen stimulation procedures, your lifestyle choices and so on. For this reason we do not offer ‘money back guarantees’ but we will do our best to assist you in working through any questions or concerns regarding outcomes.
Mutual respect is a cornerstone of our practice. We respectfully require 24 hours notice except in case of emergency. Repeat ‘no-shows’ will incur a cancellation fee. It is our policy to require a credit card on file and a signed acknowledgement of our policies.
